All Bushwacker flat users, Please help!
Installing my new bushwackers this evening and i get to the step where you finally put them on. They look great! Unfortunately when I tried to line the holes up for the screws to secure them, not a single one lined up. I used a marker to see where they were lining up exactly and they were all about half an inch away from fitting (the flares need to move in, toward the Jeep that much). For the life of me I can't think of any reason why this would be happening other than i tightened the mounts to tightly (when working through it I made sure NOT to tighten them too much though).
Any and all help/comments are appreciated.
I'm going to start working on the other front flare tomorrow, to see if i run into the same issue or not.
Thanks!

Agreed, make sure your liners are trimmed enough. Also, it helps to have somebody push on the flares to get them in far enough to start your screws. They are a tight fit, but this helps their fit and finish look better.
Use an Awl tool to help line up the holes and start your screws that way. Once you've got the screws in, then pull the red cover off of the rubber seal (hope you left a tab of it able to pull) and push on the flare for a minute or so to help the tape stick to the body.
They aren't the easiest to install but they'll look nice if you take the time to do it correctly.

This. Some of mine lined up perfectly, but the passenger front was a bit of a tussle. Be absolutely sure you get the inner mounts lined up exactly as Bushwacker says or you'll really have problems.
