While you are at Big O check out the Bigfoot X/T tire. It is in between an A/T and an M/T. Plus the guarantee is hard to beat. Check out my gallery to see them on my Jeep when I had 33s. They are pinned for studs and siped.

O.K.,

I've got enough quotes now to start deciding which tire, which I probably won't buy until after the first of the year. Which really is not that far away!

So here are the quotes for a set of 5 315/75/R16 of the brands I'm looking at:

From Big O Tires

BFG A/T KO: $1,356.75
Mickey T Baja ATZ: $1,449.06

From Discount Tires in Tacoma

Nitto Tera $1,242.60
BFG A/T KO: $1,307.90
Yokohama AT/S $ 1171.90

I think all prices are close enough where the real choice will be about the +/- of each brand. Neither places could get the Cepek.

Thanks again to all of you who offered your experiences.
