Default Amp for Boston Acoustic swap, or just Amp for Sub?

Hey guys, Im about to pull the trigger on the Boston Acoustics swap for my 07 JK. I was wondering, should I get an amp for the BA's or just one for a 10" Sub later?? I want some bass out of the speakers, but eventually I will try to add a Sub somewhere in my Jeep. I am going to be keeping the stock HU, 6 disk CD Changer. And I was hoping for some insight on how I would go about adding an amp for that. Also, for those running JUST speakers, with or without the BA's, what would be the best BASS, MID, and TREBLE setting?
Thanks in Advance for any advice...
