Really need to continue troubleshooting......You can't hear it while in the cab driving? is it constant? are there situations that is does or does not make the noise? does it only happen going over bumps, or does it do it on flat roads too? If you can really pinpoint situations it happens it's helpful. Can you easily replicate the sound?

Might check the heat shield at the exhaust cross over and make sure secure. are you still on factory suspension and drive shaft?

I can't hear it driving down the road mainly ar idle but I can only hear it if I roll down the window it's not a noise that I can hear when I hit a bump even with the top off and doors can't even hear driving down the road that way either it's just at idle and sometimes louder than others factory driveshaft and 4 inch lift

At idle, just while in motion, or sitting still in driveway as well? It must be extremely faint.

Just sitting idling in the driveway unfortunately it's not faint it can be loud it's gotten louder over the past couple of months if you walk to the front of the jeep you can definitely hear it but if you open the hood and try to hear it on top of engine you can't hear it

So it's more of an engine noise?

hmmm, the only thing that kind of comes to mind is oil lifters ticking. Def time to dig out mechanics stethoscope I think and try to pinpoint location. Maybe someone else will chime in as well.
