Another 513 Gear question
Ordered 513s for my auto based upon advice found here prob bout 6-7 weeks ago..Was told mid June, then end of June and today was told end of July...This sucks
Question for u guys runnin th 513s; how will the jeep perform at 70 mph? Im a little concerned that it may rev higher than Id like it to at these speeds?

Well I've got a 6spd but I am about 3000-3100 RPM @70mph. I do very little highway driving so it is not an issue for me. I waited almost 2 months for mine at the end of last year. Most of the auto guys love the 5.13's.

With 37s, 5.13s, and auto I run 2200 at 60 and about 2700 at about 70.
I think the 6spd is better with 4.88s and the auto is better with the 5.13.
I get the best gas mileage at 60-65. I get about 19-20 if its all hwy driving and I never go over 65. All around driving I get about 15-17.

I have 35"s and a auto with 5:13's and I get the same mileage as the above quote...

Mine is a 2 door, 37's and 5.13 (purchased from a forum member here) and auto. I can attest the same numbers as ktnr.
