Default Another BL ?

I have had two other Jeeps and have never been in a position to mod either of them. I have read several threads on body lifts as I am concidering a M.O.R.E. 1" BL and found no answer to my concerns. I have heard of instances were the bolts on the BL sheer. Is this a legit concern or am I just worried about nothing????

On the older jeeps/trucks, that used only a few body mounts/didn't use grade 8 hardware, or were just too tall (3"+, etc..), they used to have bolt shear problems in accidents, and or body shift on wild off camber/rough terrain excursions, etc.

For a 1" BL, there's just not that much more leverage on the mounts, and the JK uses around 5 per side, a good number for security purposes.
