Since my front bumper decision is up in the air I am going to move forward on my rear bumper decision. It will be the smittybilt xrc with tire carrier. The bumper does have a hitch receiver. The question that I have is: Does the bumper have a place to mount the wiring harness like the stock hitch reciever. Will I have to rig something up to have lights on my trailer or anything I tow.

You made a great choice! I have the XRC front and rear bumpers. The rear does not have an out of the box place to re-mount your wiring like the OEM hitch did but with a little creativity you can do it easily.

4wd.com even used my Jeep on thier website as a product image for those two bumpers.
