Default Another front end leveling question.

I have searched and came up empty for this particular question.
I have a RC 2.5 lift with shock extensions. I've added aftermarket bumper and winch and am now sagging in the front about .5-.75 of an inch.

I know I can stack another spacer, like a 3/4 daystar, but would rather start phasing out the pucks for taller springs. I know rustys and ome have taller springs but what size? I see the 3.25" on their site but would that give me a reverse rake?

I know this has been covered before I just cant find a solid answer so thanks for the help.

You could go with Heavy Duty HD coils. I saw somewhere that Teraflex has them for a version of their 2.5 lift. I'm currently running with a TF 2.5 and a 1" bl with plans to put rustys 3.25 coils and shocks on the front to make up the weight. The coils have the same difference in lift as the pucks, i dont think it would hurt to do. Personally i think your far better off with rustys coils over pucks anyday.

Anybody have the 3.25 coils up front want to tell us what their actual lift hight is and how they do with weight. Same question for the 2.5 or 3" HD coils?

I guess Im just wondering if the rustys 3.25 is actually taller, some have stated they are and that would put me in another realm of mods to do. Control arms, track bars, driveshaft angle etc...

I added FT 3" HD springs up front after adding my winch, plate, compresser and skid up front. They all wiegh about 150ish. Its almost equal to a winch and after market bumper. I lost about 1.25" after all that was added. The new coils gave me back that 1.25" plus another 1.5" for a total of 4" lift., compared to my stock measurement. The front ended up settling a hair under 0.25" after having them on for a few months. The front end also feels alot better, before the coils it felt spongy and very overloaded.

Default OME 616s

I was told to talk to Northridge. OME 616 HD coils are supposed to level that out.

I put the 2.5" RC lift on and a Bulldog bumper\skid. No loss yet, but the winch is on it's way and I'm guessing it's going to sag. We'll see where I end up.

Good Luck.

Go with OME 616 coils. I got the 615's and had to put a 3/4 spacer on top of them to level it out.
