Default Another noise while turning steering wheel

I've done some research on this issue, but still need some help.

At a stop or near stop, when I turn the steering wheel lock to lock, I hear a th-thump. It's not a pop or a thump, it's a th-thump (kind of like a heart beat). From steering wheel centered to left or right lock, there are a total of two th-thumps. No difference in feel on left or right turn. Previous threads have pointed to the U joints or linkage arms.

Any thoughts on this being the U joints, linkage arms, or some other issue?

I'm going to go with loose or wallowed track bar bolt/hole/mount.....I have heard a loose track bar bolt make a snapping sound to a pop, and a dull thud as well.....hope you find out what it is and get it quieted down.

Definitely check those trac bar bolts and get them to 125 ft lbs

Torque wrench set at 120. Bolts are tight. What else could it be?

It's probably your intermediate shaft. Some grease in the boot should fix your issue
