I have the infamous squeak now. It used to happen only when letting out the clutch in 2nd or 3rd while I was giving it gas, now it happens even after I'm in gear as along as I let off the gas and give it gas again. now any time in 2nd or 3rd gear if I let off the gas and give it gas again, it squeaks. It goes to the shop monday for the ABS recall and the hard start TSB and to check out the squeak problem.

One thing that is weird, the squeak started to get worse after I towed a floating dock out of a lake. after I was done towing it (in 4-lo) I put it back in 2-hi and my front did not disengage, i drove it about 20 or 30 feet and it staid in 4-hi, so I had to back up some and change it from 2-hi to 4-hi a few times before it actually disengaged. don't know if that is related or normal, but that has happened a few times lately as well.

Any ideas?

just made the appt with my stealer ship, give you all an update when i get the jeep back.

I had mine in for the squeaky, squeaky and when the did the TSB they called and said my clutch housing was broken. Fixed it under warranty they did!

I had it to them in April with the problem...they blamed my garage door opener...so I took it back again and they did the TSB... the same one I told them about in April. Oh well, fixed now. But since I got it back, my ESP isn't workin'.
