Default another tpms question...

So i bought the aev procal to shut off the dash light because im running aev pitlers and 35's. My question is when it comes time for my inspection sticker next year with the states computer system realize that i set the psi level to 0 or will it just say "pass" because the light isnt on. Or is the tps done just visually by the inspector and not by the obd computer at all?? thanks guys! learning so much on this site!

cory

ps, i live in massachusetts.

i can't say for sure as we don't have inspections quite like yours but, i would imagine that so long as they don't see a light on, they wouldn't give you grief. i mean, how would they know you don't have tpms installed.

i agree, but i was thinking the state machine that plugs into the obdII port would be able to tell. your probably right, i dont think their equipment is that advanced yet.
