Default Another wheel question...

Sorry guys still new, I did some searching but couldn't find what I wanted, so any ways I know we need a 5x5 bolt pattern, I think, and at least 4.5 in BS, because that is what I am told, I have no idea what backspacing actually means, any help would be appreciated, and a 16in wheel, I have heard you can get a 15, but again, you have to be careful with back spacing, I think...

So my question is this. will these wheels fit my JK with these tires? No lift yet and I do wheel a bit, but the stock Rubi has a 32 tire

Pro Comp Series 8089 Wheel 16" x 8"

Dick Cepek Crusher Tire 32x10.50R-16

Yes, you seem to have your information correct but if you are only planning to run a 10.50 wide tire, you can do this on your factory wheels and without any problems. Now, if it's just a matter of wanting new wheels just because, then so long as they are a 5x5 bolt patter and have 6.25" of BS (factory specs) or less (like 4.5" BS), you will be just fine

Smile Thanks

Thanks again, WOL you really help all the guys like me out, so thanks... And I have heard I should prob, stay away from an Aluminum (mispelled?) wheel and get a steel one for off-roading, is this correct? Kinda makes since to me but I do hear a lot of different things from different people...

Hey The_Captain, it really is my pleasure to help out wherever I can. As far as wheels go, there's absolutely nothing wrong with aluminum for off roading other than the fact that they are way more expensive than steel. Yes, they can crack and or break as opposed to steel where they will just bend but they are also typically lighter in weight and if you get cold forged aluminum wheels, they will behave more like steel.
