Default Any idea what this clunking noise is?

'14 JKU Sahara. Had a Metalcloak 2.5" Gamechanger lift installed a while back. No issues until I went wheeling for a weekend a few months back. When I say wheeling, I live in S Florida so the event is basically trails on a cow ranch, so nothing extreme but enough the flex out your suspension. On day 2 I developed a clunking sound on the trail anytime the Jeep would rock from side to side. The sound is audible inside the cab, even at very slow speed when backing into my driveway and driving over the small depressions that allow rain water to flow.

Today I messed with the Jeep and found that I can cause the sound simply by rocking the Jeep back and forth by hand on the rear pass side. No matter how hard I rock it from the driver side, no noise. Jacked up Jeep, pulled off pass side rear tire and best as I can tell susp bolts are tight. I disconnected pass rear shock and noise still there so that is not the issue. Was hoping it would be a quick fix. Included a video of the noise. Open to any suggestions.

I cannot listen to the video on my work PC, but this sounds like a loose sway bar link. I'd tighten those bolts up and then get the jeep rocking real good back and forth by pushing side to side in the rear and see if the sound is gone. they don't have to be undertorqued by much to become noisy.

Get someone to rock the jeep for you while you lay underneath and locate it tighten, replace, or repair as needed.
