2016 Rubicon Unlimited Hard Rock, Black
- JEEP WRANGLER JK 4-DR 2.5" COIL SPRING LIFT KIT W/ FOX EVO SHOCKS. ReadyLift PART #: 49-6751
- Fox 2.0 ATS Steering Stabilizer
- General Grabber Red Letter 33x12.5 r17 Tires Mounted on the Stock Hard Rock Black Wheels
- Maximus-III Stinger Grill Guard
- K&N Series 63 CAI
- Magnaflow Black Twin Pipe Axle-back Exhaust
- Exhaust Resonator Delete
- Diablosport PCM and Trinity Tuner
- Running the Diablosport 93 Octane Tune
- Air Raid Throttle Body Spacer - Anodized Red
- Daystar Hood Latch Upgrade - no more shaking hood at highway speeds! Best $25 mod I've ever seen.
- Hard Rock Hood Vent Cut-out mod
- Tail light guards
- Shorty off-road antenna

I went with a 2.5" lift because I wanted higher, more clearance, and larger tires, but I really didn't want to raise the vehicle more than that. Being a brand new jeep, I was not ready for the fender cutting and what not to fit 35's.

Very happy with this setup.

No, they are 255/80/17. Same width as stock, but BFG specs them at 33.3".

Are those stock wheels? Thats the exact setup I am researching to see if it will work for me. I have a 2012 Altitude JKU with 18" wheels and I dont want to replace them if I can help it. A 2.5" AEV works without backspacing issues for stock tires, so I just need to see if I can put a tire on it that is greater than 33" if possible. Also doing my best to avoid adapters.

You can put a 12.5" wide tire on stock rims? are you using adapters/spacers for any backspacing or rubbing issues?

Yes certainly can. My Off-road vendor does it regularly.

Heck, a larger reason I went with the Hard Rock was because I liked the rims. Wasn't about to give them up!

You do need spacers to make it work. I have 1.5" spacers. The spacers give the necessary offset that other rims could provide.

No, they are AEV Pintlers. I love them, they site the tire out a bit from stock.

You can run the stock 17" wheels with these tires, here are some people who have: https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/stoc...g-km2s-202659/
