Any problems with 2.5 aev relocation brackets? On 2012+ models?
Easy. You may have to maneuver the axle to get the holes to line up. Easy with 2 people but I used a jack under the CA mount. Pushed the tire to line up the hole and held with a chuck.
Going to need a torque wench obviously.
I ran the AEV brackets for a while and now Rancho's bracket.
Yes ... 3.8 models need the bolt cut. Rancho supplies this bolt AEv Does not.

Cut it off with a reciprocating saw. I have a 2012 and didn't have to cut any bolt to remove. Not sure if there are slight variations in the production line. Weird. I did however need to attach a ratcheting strap to the axle and the rear bumper to pull the axle into place and align the control arms to the bracket. Bit of a pain in the ass but it ended up working. Helps if you have the front axle and tires in the air. Make sure to torque everything while its sitting on the ground. Upper arms 75 ft.lbs. lower arms 125 ft.lbs.
