Yep. I love mine! They turned out great. No cracking or other issues. The hardest part is getting the nerve to make the first cut :-)

I love the look of them guys! I have painted ones too and they look so boring. Does cutting the edge off affect the strength--do they flap in the wind?

No flapping on mine. You leave the structural support under the fender in tact on the front to keep it rigid. Just to be sure I used a little JB Weld to glue the two pieces together to make sure it doesn't flap around on the interstate but I don't think it's necessary.

Just start out at the widest part of the fender so if you sneeze or something while cutting and don't cut a straight line you have room for a second cut. My philosophy was if I screw it up I can just buy Bushwacker flares.

Go for it!!!

I've been thinking about doing this for over a year. My best idea so far is maybe spray a few coats of plastic dip where I want to do the cut. Maybe that will stop any chance of the paint chipping. Then I'll peel it away and glue the edge piece down.
