I will find out next week when my winch gets here. I had these KCs for about 10 years in the garage ($20 new at a yard sale).

I was refering to the metal welded part the is part of the 4 hole mounting surface. The metal that come very close to the extra lights. It seems to be bending up if you look at the side shot. I think it is no big deal, as some spacers to lift the mtg plate above them would work.

Sure they could, I did not look that close but nice call. If the winch mount and winch don't hide these they will go.

Don't have a winch on mine yet, I'll probably custom fab a plate so the winch sits low. Had to order a new frt drive shaft, ohhh it never ends.

I have the fabtech front on mine, cant find a d*mn winch plate for it though... wont buy one when i see it either but i wanna take a look before i go trying to custom fab one in dark. it leaves a HUGE gap if "accidently" get upset and just rip that little plastic part off. i have kc daylighters mounted to the supplied light tabs and just drilled through the sides to mount my kc fog lights. (a 2x6 barely clears but it works)

very eager to see a winchplate on one. curious as to how to make one that doesnt interfere with that crumple zone.

I liked that bumper when I saw it in quadratec but seeing more photos of it I am not sure now. It looks different. Maybe it just needs winch and lights?
