Okay, so i have a 2008 2d JK X with 33" tires and a 3.25" lift on it. When ever I have my headlights on, I get the majority of people I pass to flash their high beams at me in attempt to tell me to turn my "high beams" off. I laugh at these people because there is truly nothing I can do. It used to be only when i also had my fog lights on but now it is also is when I just have the normal driving light s on. Can anyone relate?

I think that readjusting your headlight aim is normal after doing a lift. Especially if you leveled the rake.

Really? And, uhh, really?

Did you happen to actually read the install guide that came with your lift?

Step 5 in the post install checklist says to, and I quote:

5. Readjust headlights to proper settings.

The headlights are aimed too high from the factory when the JK's just at stock height. When I first got mine people were constantly flashing me at night & giving me the finger and adjusting their rearview mirrors down as they assumed I had my high beams on. I now have the headlight level switch on the dash at the lowest setting to keep them aimed at the road and not at eye level.

just for the OP's reference.... dont go looking for the headlight level switch on our jk's, they only come on models sold outside of the use. we have to do it the old fashioned way

I was responding to HIS statement. I personally don't think that knowingly blinding every single oncoming car is a reason to sit back and laugh. It's a reason to get off your ass and figure out why it's happening, and fix it. Again, his statement - It has been going on for some time...
