no I understand u arent tuning it twice, but you are changing the Programming still from stock, I still think you need to use both to get it back to the stock setting properly

Definitley need both, but I dont think there is any specific order you need to do it.

i think you're right, one would rewrite the other. To use 2 tuners, you would need the JET module as its a plugin that massages the outgoing signal to the engine, and then you would need something like a Flashpaq that would change the actual computer parameters. Diesel guys do this all the time, it really makes big power. I'm almost positive it would not work on our 3.8, though.
