Default Anyone ever powdercoat control arms?

I know they get beat up under our rigs. But I just picked up a set o upper and lower rear teraflex control arms. They definitely need at least a new coat of paint. But I was curious if anyone has ever powder coated them. And if so I would love to see some pix.
Thanks

Powder coating something you plan to beat up pretty well is a bad idea. When you chip powdercoat, the whole part will continue to peel and there is no good way to fix it. You just have to completely strip and repaint. Liquid paint, however isn't quite as sturdy, but once it does chip you can just clean, sand, and repaint the affected area with a spray can. No need to paint the whole part. Plus, most powder coaters don't know how to powder coat... They just apply one coat and call it good. The problem is that due to surface forces, the powder pulls away from the corners, making the entire coat vulnerable. Unless your coater is doing a 2 step process, where the second coat is applied to the semi-molten, gelatinous first coat during heating, I'd avoid powdercoat.
