1. Unbolt old arms and remove
2. Measure old arms
3. Adjust new arms, lowers should be a little longer and tops a little shorter if i am not mistaken as a good start point.
4. Bolt new arms in place. I don't know what torque, but i would assume 125 ft/lbs

5. Buy me a set!

That's pretty much how I pictured it but they came with Zerks that need to be installed and it looks like I will need to re use the stock hardware. I wasn't sure if there was a good versus bad way to pull the hardware out of the old arms and put them in the new.

Speaking of zerks, has anyone added zerks to their adjustable trac bars? I am thinking about drilling into mine and added some and then adding the red marine grease. I have the FT adustable front and rear.

Ah, your a good reader, me no so good.
But do the premiums come with grease zerks? He didn't say anything about not having to adjust them? Perhaps he just called them the wrong ones.

I too wonder if zerks could be used in the trac bar? Mine was clicking like hell, took it apart and regreased everything. It was fine for about 3 weeks and now the clicking is slowly comming back. I may call FT and have some new bushings sent. I had talked to one tech before and he said if it continued he would send me new ones.

I have the premium control arms, and it turns out they are missing the bushings, that is why it didn't look right. FT is overnighting them to me today and I will have them for the weekend. I have to say, I do appreciate how quickly they respond when I have a question. Also they do have zerks and are not adjustable.

Second part of the post was about adjustable trac bars not control arms. I am thinking about adding zerks to the traction bars for the front and rear and adding marine grease. Was wondering if anyone else has done this and if it is a good idea.

Thought about it, but haven't done it. I don't see why it would work out.
