Default Anyone have a hitch mounted cargo carrier?

I have a 09 Unlimited with a class 3 hitch. Its on 35's and I have a 35" spare mounted on the stock tire rack. My question is has anyone used one of the hitch mounted cargo carriers with a large spare? If so do you have any pics and specifics as to the brand? I am looking for one that I can add rod holders to so that I can carry bait ice chests and fishing equipment down beach. Pics are always a plus! Thanks

I've got one from harbor freight. It was about $60. I mounted 6 rod holders- 3 on each side. It claims 500 lbs, and I've had 300 on it to test, but not driven that way. It seemed fine. Until I get a new rear bumper, and since I got my 35s. I needed an extension to fit the carrier on. About $20 at HF. When I get the new bumper it won't be needed.

This is the hitch-haul, its actually the one for atv's and its rated for 300lbs.
got it from cabellas, $60.00 shipped. Would definitely fit a larger tire.

I posted this when I got my hitch-mounted rack:

You wouldn't have any problem with 35" or 37" tires.

SethC84, that's about the nicest one I've seen yet...I got one from CdnTire...a sportrack model, and didn't like it one bit, at least that one looks fairly decent

I looked for a while before I found one that I liked and the good price didn't hurt either. What I like is the bend in the tube to bring it up off the ground. What I don't like is the play. It bounces around a little (not the tightest fit in the hitch).

If they have a Tractor Supply Co store (or Google it to find one online) around you anywhere, go and pick up an anti-rattle hitch pin. It'll tighten the carrier up nicely. Still wiggles a little bit with a load, but 10x better than with a regular pin. The one I got is lockable also. I think it was around $20 or so, but worth it IMO.
