Default Anyone have this lift?

I'm looking to get rid of my RC 2.5 BB and put on the Rusty's offroad basic 3.25" kit that comes with front and rear adjustable trac bars. Anyone have this lift? How much height did you actually get? Will I need to get control arms as well? My RC fits the 35's OK but I can't disco now without rubbing, so for $550 I'm thinking this would be the ticket. Any info would be appreciated.

I have the Rusty's 2" coil lift and got almost 3 out of it, my guess is you will see over 4 with the 3.25

That's what I was afraid of. I don't want to go any higher than the advertised 3.25". My wife already has a hard time getting in with the 2.5 and 35" tires. Did your kit come with the adj. track bars?

I bought it extra....it was only $98

Something to keep in mind is you have the unlimited, I have the 2dr, that extra weight may not give you 4.....it may be closer to the 3.25. Hopefully somebody on here with an Unlimited and this lift will chime in for you.

How much do these lifts typically settle? I was looking at the Rusty's mostly because it seems to be the most complete for the money. Problem is I can't seem to find anyone with the lift to tell me about it.

All you have to do is a search for it on here....lol I've posted numerous times about it and I know others like me have also

To answer your question, yes you will most likely get more than 3.25" of lift out of it. You probably can expect 3.5 and maybe a little more.

I've been running it without adj control arms for more than a year now. No issues.

Hope this helps

i have been running a 32.5 rustys lift on my wife unlimited for about 8 months, love it good ride.....i initally got almost 4 and settled arount 3.5...and i am running stock control arms, rustys shocks, i took my old rear swaybark from my jk, and put those in the fronts, her jk is very rarley offroad, so wasn't going to waste the money, if she does just will break out the wrenches....love the lift
