anyone regret 35s?
no, i haven't been drinking. well at least not yet.
but does anyone regret moving up to 35s on their DD? as in not sticking with 33's?
(and not going right up to 37's doesn't count!
)
seems like most of the regret is not doing it sooner. and the consensus seems to be that it you are even thinking about 35s you'll be regretful @33 and counting the miles until they wear down.

I have 34" tires on my DD (110 miles per day). My only regret is not getting the 35's. After I go through these, I will definitely go to 35's.
Have no fear or worries, do the 35's and you will be happy.

No regrets here - in fact, with 5.13 gearing and 35"s, it drives better than it did stock. Gas mileage did take a hit, but not nearly as bad as I was expecting.
One other thing I'll mention, only because I don't think it's gotten enough play on the forum, is that with a lifted 2-door with big tires, you're pretty succeptible to crosswinds on the highway... not really noticeable on backroads, but at highway speeds, it's enough to give the occasional pucker moment. Having said that, I'm totally happy with my setup, and wouldn't go smaller.
