It appears you would just velcro the bars to the mounting bracket. The bars sit right on top of the brackets nicely.

I've bought quite a lot of MOLLE gear over the years. I think that Condor makes some pretty sturdy stuff any they produce a wide variety of pouches for whatever you need. I would stay away from really cheap products sold on Ebay because they're usually China made junk that will fall apart on you.

I would also stay away from 5.11 pouches. Their apparel is nice but I've had nothing but bad experiences with their "Slickstick" system that is supposed to make moving pouches around faster and easier... long story short, I went for a magazine and ended up pulling off the whole pistol mag pouch off my carrier...

I wouldn't go for anything too expensive like Maxpedition because you're really not going to be beating it up like they're built for.

9 times out of 10 I get my stuff from lapolicegear .com. They're reasonably priced, ship quickly, and have nice customer service the few times I've needed it.

I almost pulled the trigger on the rack that goes on the back door. The problem is that I want to mount my 2.5 gallo air tank to it and am concerned that it will be too heavy.

I've had these for a while. Alan is a cool guy and will do custom lettering for you upon request.

Nope, no problem at all. In fact I use the side racks to secure the soft top in the down position. I have a couple straps I loop through the MOLLE rack.
