Default ARB bull bar

Hi everyone, I'm currently waiting for ARB to release the JK bull bar. It's been designed but not yet officially included in their catalogue (or so I have been told by a ARB rep). My question is this .. with the added weight of the bull bar is it necessary to make adjustments in the front suspension to compensate for this weight?. I live in Oz, just in case you're wondering.

Hi taffylad. The weight of the ARB bumper by itself should be ok for the OEM springs but you will need 3/4" spacers if you add a winch etc. Which part of OZ I'm in Qld

Port Macquarie on the Mid North Coast NSW now, before that Hervey Bay. Originally from the UK until I met my Ozzie wife.

Yes, adding a 3/4" spacer to the front springs should help compensate for the extra weight. If it's really heavy, and you get a heavy winch, you may want a 1" spacer.

Its available now.
I know because there is one attached to the JK sitting in my driveway.
I got it with the Jeep last week, looks awsome and way better than the red one you see in the ARB press release thingy.
I'm in Cronulla NSW.
I would tell you who fitted mine but I'm not sure if thats against forum rules.

Default ARB Bull Bar Front Sag

I have my ARB bull bar installed with warn 9.5ti winch. The front is definately sagged atleast 1"inch. I have Full Traction 3" Ultimate lift.

Not sure if i should order 3/4" SkyJacker spacer or Teraflex 1" spacer or Full Traction HD Spring Coils.

Do you know who is selling the FT HD Spring Coils except Northridge 4x4. I would love to buy from him but the shipping is 180 bucks itself

I can take a pic first thing in the morning, is there a particular size file I should use? Can I just attach a pic?

Sorry, I have never posted a pic before, ths is all new to me.

And Taffylad, I'm in Port Mac at the end of Oct for work, time pending, I may be able to show you the ARB, perhaps at the main shooping centre carpak or something. I'm always happy to help a fellow Jeeper.

I am still trying to figure out how to upload photos onto my snapfish account.
But I noticed someone else here has posted pics of theirs anyway.

I was very skeptical at first but once I saw it in real life I was happy I went with the ARB.
