I am looking into the ARB front bumper but don't plan to have a winch and live in a state without front license plates. Does the ARB Deluxe have covers for the wench holes on the top and front?

 

the bumper does not come with a cover for the front but it does come with a bracket that will allow you to mount a front license plate. being that you do not have a front plate, i would imagine that you could fab up something and still use the mount to cover up the hole. as far as the top goes, while there isn't a cover for it, between the hoop and shape of the bumper, i think you'll find that it doesn't look to bad without a winch installed.
