Default ARB Diff cover Install

Just wondering for those of you that have the arb covers did you use lube lockers and if so how did you tork the allen head bolts. Also what is the right amount offluid for the front diff with an arb diff cover. Just want to make sure i dont screw anytnhing up when i install it.

I put the ARB on my front diff and used the lube locker. Talk about convenience!!!

I used an allen key to snug them up, then my allen head drivers on my 1/2" torque wrench making 2 passes as recommended, with no problems.

As for the gear oil, follow the directions, it shows a real easy way to mark the dip stick. Its way easy.

Just be sure to get a gasket scraper and clean all the old RTV off, and spray it clean with some brake cleaner.

You'll do fine!
