Only problem with the Mopar one is I think its been discontinued. Maybe you can find a used one.
I have the ARB Deluxe and is on the same boat and have not pulled the trigger yet on any skidplate.
I believe the rugged ridge one works without any doing any mods.

I have the OR-Fab with that exact bumper and it fit perfect. Light, small and does the job.
