i ran a set for about a year. they look real nice and are easy to install but..... if you play on the rocks, they are a bit on the thin side. they will do the job and protect your jeep but, i ended up beating mine up and they don't look to good now. depending on the kind of wheeling you do, i might recommend something a bit more durable.

here's what they looked like new:

I have them also. They look good, but don't stick out past the body like I thought they would. Like Wayoflife said they are not the toughest out there, but should work for a lot of needs. I wouldn't buy them again.

if you could pick them up for 200 and replace factory side steps would they be worth it.

Yes. They are definitely better than the steps and for $200, that's a good deal.

that jeep looks very nice i was planing on getting new rims but after seeing how that jeep looks with stock rims and those tires i think i might change my mind. just out of curiosity
why did you just buy some factory x rims instead of some aftermarket rims any specific reason ?

I think you are confused by the change in wheels on the '10 models. The Sport (X) "S Package" comes with the same wheels as the Rubicon did in prior years.

actually, they were 17" wheels that came off of a brand new sahara. as far as why i got them goes, well, for one they were dirt cheap and, if you can believe it, i actually like the look of them
