Default ARB skids?

Has anyone had any experience with the ARB engine/trans skid?

No, but I wouldn't spend $400 on a tranny/oil pan skid. There's lots of cheaper options out there that are just as effective. I know a company that builds one for $265, but I can't mention them on this forum.

I've had them on for about a week, fits nice you also get the evap skid with it so it doesn't price out to bad.

Did you notice any vibrations? Any clearance problems? Have noticed these complaints with lots of other brand skids.

Thanks. They look good. Arb makes great products, so I think I am going to pull the trigger on this mod. The price seems pretty descent.

no problem, I had the dealer install it for me, they quoted me 1/2 hour and $65 to install both plates. It took them over 3 hours as they had never seen this one before. I got lucky, only paid $65, I kept a copy of the instructions though as it has all the specs for the bolts.
It also arrived in a few days from ordering.

Wow 3 hours. Arb says it should take 1 hour. It will probably take me half the day. lol

You still like these skids? Nobody seems to be running these.

Reviving old thread.

Any updates on the ARB Engine/Trans skid? It comes with the evaporator skid so the price seems reasonable.

Just ordered it today.
