Default Which arms 1st??

I just ordered the basic Superlift 4" kit for my Unlimited. Sometime fairly soon, I'll probably order some adjustable control arms. Probably just a pair or maybe 2 pairs at a time, to spread out the cost (easier to sneak by the wife )

My question is, which ones should be done first? I assume the lowers, especially the rear.

I'm guessing:

1-lower rear
2-lower front
3-upper rear
4-upper front

If you are looking for driving performance, then the front lowers should be done first. You should purchase adjustable arms. With a 4" lift and stock lower arms your caster should be arould 1-2 degrees. The Jeep handles better with 5 degrees. I believe that lengthening your front lower arms 3/8-1/2" will put your caster at 5 degrees. Purchasing adjustable rear lower arms is ok, but if you adjusted them longer than stock your pinion angle rotates down and that would cause drive shaft vibrations. If you are going for flexability and a stronger arm, then you will get what you are looking for. I would do the rear uppers after the lower arms are replaced. With adjustable rear upper and lower arms you can center your wheel location in the wheelwell and fine tune your pinion angle so you have no vibration and make the joints in the drive shaft last longer.
