Default audio folks, xm stratus 7 help

So, I have a 2013 Jeep with the 130S-RES radio, which will do XM all by itself (so I read).
My wife bought me a stratus 7 radio thing, so I can take it from work truck, to Jeep, to office...
Guessing I'll do the full vehicle install on the work truck, and get a dock for the office (construction, trailers, move all over the place).
My question is, in the Jeep, do i need the stratus antenna, or, since the radio is already xm-able, do I just plug it into the aux. jack and roll?

Here's the thing. Every receiver that get Sirius XM has a unique ID number. When you pay for service, you are paying to send the signal to that specific ID receiver. So, if you are paying for it on the stratus 7, then you can plug that into the aux port on your jeep radio, but you will need the Sirius antenna from the Stratus into the stratus. Now, if your jeep radio is truly SiriusXM ready, you could forget all about the stratus in the jeep and just pay the fee to send the signal to the jeep radio. If it's Sirius ready, the jeep radio itself will have a unique ID number. That can be found by Turning the jeep radio to Sirius and put it on channel 1. The ID will read out on the screen. Call Sirius and give them that ID number. If you end up using the stratus in multiple locations, you will want to buy more antennas. They can be bought online for around $17 each. Sirius requires 3 things: satellite ready receiver with unique ID, Sirius antenna plugged in to that receiver, and service paid for that unique ID.
