Default Augh!

Just had the Jeep re-geared at a local shop and not even 5 miles away and already the back gears are making noise.. have to take it back in next Tuesday. Anyone else ever have this experience?

It sounds like a small stone trapped inside the gear area moving around rappidly when I decelerate/cruise (in the rear) but when I hit the gas, it stops until I decelerate/cruise again. I'm starting to think it may be a shim hitting against the gears?? Anybody think it could be possible? Input from anyone?
