Default auto driveshaft in a manual

Is there any difference between a stock rubicon auto and manual driveshaft?
I put a pretty good ding in my driveshaft and now I am getting vibes at 60-65MPH.
I took the jeep to the dealer for some other warranty work and tried to see if they would cover this but no dice.

A buddy of mine just changed out his front and rear driveshafts with aftermarket ones and said I can have his old rear one if I would like. Would his auto shaft work in my manual? Im thinking yes but just want to check here first.

the rears are slightly different, the fronts are the same as long as its the same front axle. I think the D44 has a shorter driveshaft in the front but not by much.

I think the fronts are shorter on an auto.

Both driveshafts on the automatic are different than the shafts on the 4 door. My understanding is that the front is shorter on the 2 door and the rear is longer on the 4 door.

Sorry I know this thread is old, but I have the same question and didn't get a definitive answer above. The question is: on a stock 4-door JK, are there different drive shafts for an auto trans versus a manual trans? Are the fronts the same but the rears different?

Thanks for any help.
