Double check with your current gears to make sure those are the correct part numbers. If I remember it right, you want the 3.73 and down versions even though you have 3.73 or higher gears (numeric). I could be confusing that, so ask.
4wd also has a sale going on, PM their forum rep for pricing. And I read that Summit was selling the front for 350 a while back, wouldn't hurt to touch base with them. And also give northridge a call or pm.
One thing I forgot to mention above is that a lunchbox will not fit inside your stock rear l/s, so you would need to buy a new carrier to run one back there...

The JK's BLD (Brake Lock Differential) system works pretty well offroad for everything other that extreme rock-crawling as the computer detects the wheel that's losing traction and applies the brake to that individual wheel, effectively transfering the power to the other wheel on the axle with traction. The only drawback seems to be that the BLD system wears the rear brakes quickly if activated a lot.
I've easily made it up & over obstacles and steep, slippery, rutted trails in my bone-stock 2-door Sport that only locked & lifted non-Wranglers were making it up (with difficulty), and was asked repeatedly by the other guys watching what sort of lockers I had.
