Default Axe holder

I remember seeing a write up for an axe and shovel tailgate holder. I cannot find it anymore!! Anyone have the link? If I recall it was a black piece of maybe plastic with some universal clips to hold the stuff. I think it said they got the stuff from Home Depot or something.

I used Quick Fist clamps to mount mine directly to the tailgate. They're solid, no rattles or anything. Just another option.
