Good plan!

Yes it would be an issue if there is different gearing front/rear!! Wheels are spinning at different speeds and will cause a lot of damage.
Feel free to ask more questions!

big issue... you need the same gearing front and back so if your doing the 60 up front whatever ratio your choosing for the built your going to need a gear swap in the back. if you have 3.73 now it makes it a little easier becaue you dont need a new carrier to go up to a higher ratio.

I would go with their bolt on coil over kit, Dana 60 in the rear, then gusset/sleeve your stock 44 in the front (if you have it). That should save you plenty of money to worry about wheels/tires without really sacrificing performance. Also, if you're going to go this route, I'd make sure to include the drag link flip kit and new drive shafts (both front and rear). When fiddling with the axles, make sure they're geared to the same ratio. I've never thought about having different ratios but I'm fairly sure that'd it wreck your Jeep immediately...

makes sense that it would cause damage, but Ive contacted Dynatrac already and Im waiting on price quotes so I can start saving. i think this is what I'm going to start saving for

1. Pro Rock 60 front W/ ARB Lockers and eventually rear too
2. ATX Slab
3. Goodyear Wrangler MT/R 37x12.50R17
4. EVO bolt on front & rear coil kits/ high clearance long arm kit/ drag link flip
5. J.E. Reel drive shafts front & rear
7. bumpers/fenders/armor

Add a set of wheel spacer/converters for the rear to match the new front?

I'm not trying to be a downer but what/where exactly are you wheeling that you feel like you need 60's and coilovers? Don't get me wrong it's a sweet set-up but it feels like overkill unless you are really wheeling some big rocks on the regular. I mean I just got back from Moab and my RK 3.5 Max Travel kit on 37's worked just fine. Just curious as to where your build is going.
