Default Axle alignment issues-JKS adj bar

Okay so I have a 3in Teraflex lift with shock on my jeep, has been on for quite awhile and my axle has been misaligned for quite awhile.

So i decided to finally take care of it today and when I try to adjust mt JKS adj trackbar short enough to fix the problem, it wont adjust enough to align the problem. This is with me and buddy trying as hard as possible and with pb buster. Am I missing something here? it looks like it has room to adjust but it just wont. It makes no sense for JKS to not make it adjustable enough to correct this issue.

What am I doing wrong?

Heres some pics to show what I mean.
First is the thread on JKS that leads me to believe it should be able to be tightened but CANT

Now these are shots showing how far off the axle is.

x2. That was my first thought as well.

Can you lengthen it more so you can back the nut off and see if you have a thread issue underneath the nut?

Send it back and get a Tera Monster TB.
Seriously, I don't know what could be going on, how long is the threaded piece total?
I'd pull it apart and stick a tape measure down the tube and see where the threads end vs how long the joint piece has threads .And or see if threads are boogered up.

We eventually took the whole bar off and backed it out all the way to check the threads and everything seemed fine. PB buster sprayed on the inside and it would spin absolutely fine up until the point where it is now, it would stop.

Yeah I might just have to. Frustrating.

Maybe I could just cut the adj part by like an inch and that way it would be able to shorten up....might f up the threads though then id be outta luck

Maybe unscrew the Rod End and measure the inner threads and the threads on the rod end and see if you are bottoming out on the inside. If so then maybe you could cut off the extra threads with a grinder and reinsert to get your adjustment. Taking it all the way off will also allow you to look inside and see if there are any odvious issues that are not allowing you to get the adjustment.

GOOD LUCK

My guess is that you either got an end that's too long or the tubing wasn't tapped as far as it should be.

You could, but I would call jks first before f'in with it, somethin aint right.
Plus if you have a prob in the future, jks may not take it back since you chopped it.
Maybe you got an end piece thats ment for their rear TB.
