Well Im just basing it off what I measured and I did it like WOL's write up. I dont know if it being a teraflex lift would affect that exact measurement, because its gives more like 4 inches. I just know my axle is visually off, lengthening the TB makes it worse, and I cant make it short enough to correct my problem. Im about 95% sure Im not doing it wrong, as me and my buddy agreed that was the problem.

I really think I must of got a mismatched TB
have you called JKS this morning? I have installed and sold hundreds of these bars and have never ran into this issue.

JKS replied to my email today and asked for some pictures of the problem so I sent them their way. I thought it strange too so we will see what they have to say about the issue.

As for the bowing springs, I will check to make sure they are perched correctly, but either way, I know from my measurements the axle is off. Thanks for the advice dirtman!

Well I got in contact with Jim and JKS and I did indeed have an older generation trackbar. He too said he had never seen this issue in their trackbars so I'm still not sure the cause. He simply stated it was an older model, and that he wanted to replace it. No questions or anything! Not only that, he asked for my shipping and sure enough, 3 days later I have the new trackbar in my hands. Talk about customer service!

The new model is WAY beefier and well put together, AND it screws all the way in. I am very pleased with JKS customer service and their products.

TOP NOTCH at JKS! Glad to be putting this on my rig.
Thanks for all the help guys
