Just installed front upper & lower metal cloak control arms, my caster ended up being about 5 degrees. How should my yoke on the front axle look in compaired to the drive shaft? It is level to about 1 degree looking down. I have not tackled the rears yet.

I have the same arms. Love them. Assuming your DS is not stock.
The pinion should be somewhat in line with the driveshaft. It is a balancing act. I usually set caster where I like it. Then go down the high way and feel for vibration. If you dont have any then great. If you do then you will need to adjust it so that it's closer being in line. You have too find a good point for you. Try to get rid of the vibration or your transfer case could suffer catastrophic failure.

ditto - ideally the pinion and joint should be in line with the drive shaft with the angle taken up by the double cardan joint at the tcase...the stock JK comes with about 4.2 deg of caster, so you can balance the difference as best you can per the previous poster...You are in luck as the JK has a high pinion in front which makes it a lot easier to work with than the old D30 or D44 low pinion fronts.

2* pinion up is stock and should put you at around 4* caster.
Any more cater will lesson pinion angle and increase the angle at the u-joint.
It is what it is. If you were to run the driveshaft inline with the pinion caster would be non-existent and drivability would suffer.
I have about 4* between the DS and pinion but running a aftermarket DS
