Default Axle question

I was thinking about moving my back Dana 44 to the front and put in a Dana 60 rear, would this even be possible? Newbie question, so be be nice.

Taking your question at face value, it sounds like you are asking if you can move the rear axle to the front.
I would have to ask, how would you steer the vehicle?

It's obvious, Sarathesahara wants to go with the rear steer option......like a forklift

It's a common mistake. Ok, it's not really a common mistake, it was just easier for us to be smart asses than to actually explain how difficult it is to make this actually work.
