Default axle reinforcement?

Need help making this decision:

Looking at beefing up my front axle a little, and getting braces for the track bars front and back.

Here is what i am thinking:
1. Offroad Evolution Rear lower control arm skids
2. Offroad Evolution C2 Axle gussets and Control Arm Skids
3. JKS Front track bar brace
4. JKS Rear trackbar brace

Getting them from Northridge4x4

I could not ind a single picture of the JKS front track bar brace installed

Does this make sense?

Have not decided upon tire size yet, but here is the forecast:

4.5 RE LA (Purchased)
Raceline 17x9.5 Competition Beadlock RT233 (Purchased)
Toyo Open Country MT's.......35x12.5's or 37x13.5's(waiting to see what looks best on the jeep)

Thanks for the input!!!

I'm running the EVO C-Gussets & JKS front track bar brace after several good recs from people I trust. From my understanding you'll want to do the C-Gussets at the same time as you put the new meat as a preventative measure.

As for the track bar brace, I ended up having a front JKS installed at the same time they were welding the C-Gussets (another preventative measure). I should probably get a rear one sometime too.

Apart from hearing stories, I know couple guys from the East Coast section (RDY4RKS & BOOTS) had the welds break on their trackbar brackets.

As for pics- here's a link to KSU_MAN_JK33's EVO C2 Gussets, LCA Skids, and JKS Rear Trackbar Brace.

Hope this helps.

I would also take a look at the 44 magnum axle tube sleeves . Just got done installing a set and they fit very nice and the install is pretty straight forward.

x2 on that, nothing like a little more peace of mind beefing up the front Dana 44 to be closer to what it should have been to start.

Here you go

http://www.northridge4x4.com/proddet...prod=EVO-44MAG

A couple of holes to drill and some welds and you are good to go.

What's nice about the sleeves is that they already have the axle seals installed. Saves you about $80 compared to buying the seals seperate.

well.....im totally confused now about the axle sleeves

I was under the impression that they reinforced the outside of the axle tube........but looking at the evo 44 mag sleeves, they appear to go on the inside of the axle tube

Then to add to all my .....the next pic gets posted showing short red sleeves...I'm like WTF?!?!?!....

So here's the golden question:

What is what and where do i put it?

And it shipped already....F'in amazing....thanks northridge4x4

Changed out the JKS front track bar brace for the JKS front track bar replacement mount......saved about 90 bucks......should work just fine.

So what about these axle sleeves?

The EVO sleeves go inside the axle tubes and increase tube strength by 30%. The EVO sleeves include axle seals with them. They get welded inside your existing tubes using plug welds and butt welds. Thats why the drilling.

The red axle seals that JPTwinz posted prevent debri from entering your stock axle tubes. They will not work with EVO's axles tubes as they are already included.
