Default Axle Reinforcement Weigh-In

I'm looking to install my new gears very soon and figured I would reinforce the axle at the same time. I want to gusset and sleeve my poor D30. So I was wondering what the best route is or does it not really matter?

Other Company (Not sure if they are a sponsor, although they link to JK-Forum on there site)
$225 (Not sure about shipping) Includes:

I'm not sure if the last setup is overkill or if it is meeded. But I want to hear some of your opinons.

I hope everything was done accordding to forum regulations regarding sponsors

Thanks for weighing in Dave but I think you are bit biased....haha. I'm not real concerned about looks as I am about strentgh a rigidity. Although I do like the fact that the axle sleeves are sealed. It gets pretty nasty down there on the trails.

how necessary are the gussets and sleeves??? does it depend on how hard you wheel? it seems like a cheap way to go for alittle insurance to have them in any case

I'll give it a shot if you want me to.

Exactly, cheap insurance and peace of mind. The last thing you want is to have you axle bend under the weight of your tires. It is also dependant on how hard you wheel.

That doesn't sound too convincing. I do not know how to weld myself but I do you know that you have to heat the "C" prior to welding and the process of welding these components is important to there integrity.

I do need my new 4in lift / gears / and winch installed besides my axle reinforcement.
