Just ordered this full setup from Dave at Northridge yesterday. Think he is running a discount if you buy it all at once.

About how long should I expect the install of the the gussets, lca skids, and sleeves to take?

I have their "C"s and their LCA skids, so I'll most likely be going with the EVO sleeves as well.

Once you put in the sleeves can you upgrade the shafts later???

I have a set of EVO sleeves, C gussets and CA skids going on this weekend amongst other things getting done to the Jeep.

Inner sleeves and 35sp shafts don't play well together. Outer sleeves may be the better option.
