Default axleback differences?

I am picking up my "new" (slightly used) JK this weekend. Due to some college debts, I can't afford a catback muffler system. My dad has the gibson dual on his 4 door rubi. My JK is a 2 door X. Are the axlebacks the same between the both models?

I am thinking about taking his stock muffler that he has laying around and clamping on a cheap muffler there (like a flowtech raptor) with a tip or something. Just need to know if it will fit. This would be a temporary fix until I can save up for a catback.

I just might. I need to know the answer for my question, because i can not afford a catback right now.

Jeep is stock. I am not going to wheel it anytime soon. By the time i get new meats on it with a lift, i will have enough for a relocated system. hence the word "temporary"

Sorry for the hijack but I have a barely used Magnaflow that I bought with a Cooltech kit to relocate behind the drivers side frame rail. This is the polished stainless one. If your interested let me know I could sell it for $35 shipped Only about 300 miles on it..
