Default Bad day.

Dropped Bobbi Jo off at the 4wd shop to have new ARB front bumper and PowerPlant installed. Got a call about an hour before picking her up and the shop tech said the bumper had some pretty bad shipping scratches and that they would have to get a new one brought in....sucks bad. So, to console my new gear need, I bought a SuperChips Flashpaq to do some tuning upgrades and calibrations...the damn thing told me "Calibration for your vehicle is not currently supported"...I have had a bad upgrade day!

Step back and take a deep breath...it is better that some small things didn't work out than some big things. Or be in the middle of a mod and realize you screwed something up. Those are real bad days.

Let us know what's up with the Superchips, I was looking at getting one of those.

Unfortunate for you, great for others. Whatever it is that makes your Jeep special, SC will now add that to their library of Jeeps, for future configurations. You should be honored

Maybe it happend at the shop. I dont trust my jeep in the hands of others. A wrangler is very easy to work on. Take time to learn how to do repairs and up grades yourself, it is rewarding and a lot cheaper.

Bummer. I believe others have had this issue, check out the big Superchips thread for more info on it.

The truth. I just had a free dealer oil change and had them do a 5 tire rotate while it was in the air. It's been 100 degrees out and my garage space is limited right now so I figured the $25 was a small price to pay. Wow. They couldn't even do a proper rotate. They ended up swapping rear tires side to side and rotated the fronts and spare in a counter clockwise "circle."

Luckily I still had brake dust on the wheels so I could tell which tires were front and rear and since it was my first rotate, I obviously knew which one was the spare.

My bumper came in scratched too. Just painted it with some bedliner and installed it anyway. Going to get scratched on the trail anyway!
