Okay everyone, I just wanted to let you know that I finally got a hold of Seatglovers and have been told the following:

Hi Eddie,
Thanks for the email. I sent you a couple of messages but I guess you didn't get them either. We have been working the Camp Jeep event in Virginia and thought we would have computer access. As it turns out, out Internet capabilities very limited and all of the emails I thought were being sent never got delivered (just like the emails to you). I will be back in the office this weekend and will contact everyone. I can ensure you that we will take care of any and all issues at that time and we will leave no one unsatisfied with our business.

If you would, please post a message in regard to this email since there is no way for me to contact everyone properly while I am on he road.

Thanks again,
Marc

Need I say, I would be grateful if you all could be patient just a bit longer and give Seatglovers a chance to make things right. Certainly, I will continue to stay on top of this and do what I can to help you guys out as well.

There is another thread here (that I can't seem to find)...something about a factory change and a bad batch getting shipped out. Problems with seams and mismatched colors. Your choice of refund or replacement.

Anyway, Marc has asked that we e-mail PaulJoo@coverking.com directly with a copy to him with the following information:

1. Name
2. Address
3. Color
4. 2dr or 4dr
5. Side airbags or no side airbags
6. Description of problem

Paul was very responsive; I received a return shipping label no questions asked within 24 hours. I returned the rear cover because it was a different color. What a pain - I don't even use the rear seat

Now we'll see how long it will take to get the replacement.

I dunno guys. I picked up a set front and rear at his stand at Camp Jeep last week. I like em so far. They definitely arent water repellent. Some beads look like they soak in while others sit on top of the fabric until disturbed.
But the install was pretty straight foward and fairly quick and a pretty good fit.
Im pretty happy with them.
He was really nice too.

Oh yeah, the side airbag pockets dont really close though, the elastic border/trim keeps retracting it from its rightful position.

Major Ho, how can you say they're a "pretty good fit" if you have a problem with the side-airbag pockets that keep retracting? That's the exact same problem that I have. On top of it, I also have a few seams where the stitching isn't tight enough and the thread shows. For the amount I paid, I was expecting more.

Because the important part, where my butt and back goes lies very well. Nothing is overly stretched and nothing is overly loose or bunched up. What the hell do I care if the part that is supposed to fly open anyways in a collision is open and which is hidden behind the B column anyways.
All my seams seem to be as they should be.

I have found their service to be quite responsive. They shipped the wrong color for the back seat and I heard back from him that day.

NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Wet okoles are made in Hawaii and are a thousand times better than the seatglovers! I have both brands the Okoles in my Jeep and Seatglovers in my other car.

Yeah, me too! But did you get your replacement yet? I did, and guess what? They sent the SAME wrong color again!

I guess ordering black and grey was the wrong thing to do...
