I ran Synergy's on my D30 and 37's and had no issues. When i upgraded the axle got Dynatracs and love them. They are pricey but considering you can rebuild them while still on the vehicle is awesome. Havnt had to rebuild them yet and they are still like new.

Be aware the Teraflex BJ's do not fit Dana 44 axles 14 and up. The U joints are a little bigger and hit.

Yep. Mine lasted 7k miles on 37s. They replaced under warranty, but the joints just aren't up to the task.

Careful with the TF joints. They won't work with the newer axle shafts and if I recall, won't work with RCV shafts.

From what I'm gathering... No on Synergy.
I have a 2010... so my axles should be fine. Plus... Can't see RCV's ever happening. So Teraflex seems possible.
Anyone else have any input on Ball Joints. Need to order soon.
Thanks

Was it painless to get them to warranty them?

In my experience, yes. I can't say how they compare to other options. I wheeled the crap out of my Jeep and all in large rocks. I'm not sure any ball joint for a D44/D30 would have survived. If you mall crawl and do the random weekend offroad trip, they'll hold up. You have to make an honest evaluation of how you wheel. People who run 37s and have no issues, don't need 37s (if you get what I mean). Nothing wrong with running large tires, but if you run them because you need them, the Synergy ball joints can't hang.
