Does anyone have these wheels ??? and can someone post some pictures on a black 4 door ?? or any four door...

does anyone know if this is 3m tape holding the red part on ?? like those other ones with the circles... ??

I am thinking about getting these rather then rockstars... (please save the rockstars are lame comments, its my jeep and I like them hahahaha)

Let me say first that rockstars are lame......

The red part of the wheels are stuck on with some kind of tape or adhesive of some kind. When i got mine, i dont think they offered them in 18s with the 5 on 5 bolt patern so i got the 17s. Its not a 4 door and its not black, but heres mine with the jesters that i will be getting rid of as soon as i get my walker evans beadlocks. The tires will also be history.

So you take them off and paint them yellow? I could do better than tape myself, scuff it up and some JB. Not going anywhere.

The stuck on red part... do you have to do that yourself ?? could I just leave them black ?? or is it already on there... how are the rims ? do they hold up well to abuse or are they softer then expected... also did the red parts flake off at all or anything like that ??

It seems like no one has these but you!! I want them I think they look great but I am worried about quality...

also why are you getting rid of yours ?

 

They come red, i think they are solid red through and through or have some plastic coating on them. Theres no flaking.....yet. You could probably just take the red things off and leave em off. I thought about doing that.

I live in louisiana and never ran them on rocks, but they do seem pretty tough. I wouldnt worry about the quality.

There are at least one or two others on here that have em.

Im getting rid of them because i want walker evans bead locks. I wish i would have gotten them from the start.
